We received our first call from Swanson on Friday, June 14th. The gentlemen identified himself as Jonathan Stewart from Swanson Walker. He claimed that there was a pending "civil" suit and that we would receive a summons either at our home or place of business if we did not return his call within 24-48 hours. (the number given was 1-855-393-3793). I did a quick reverse directory on the number and discovered that it was a scam. We then received a second voice mail today, this time from a different individual who not only did not identify himself but also didn't leave a number to contact back. It was the same scare tactic.
I sincerely hope they are shut down soon before they swindle anyone else.
If Swanson were to show up at our door, they would find a policeman.
