I dined at Pizza Hut in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and during the course of the meal had a server who refused outright to service the table. She (TARA) refused to refill drinks, offer desert, refused to bring boxes for left overs and we were forced to ask another server for assistance.
When we payed our tab, we had the server (CHRIS) who assisted us all along even though it wasn't his station check us out, and in the process were confronted by TARA who was yelling at CHRIS and us that it was her table, and any tip given was hers regardless of the fact she refused to service the table.
Our bill was $21.00, and gave CHRIS $10.00 in tips rather than TARA for his excellent customer service and great attitute.
TARA not only does not represent any fashion of a server, but has no business dealing with the general public as a whole.
Pizza Hut needs to rethink hiring people like TARA who think just because they show up for work they are entitled to get tips from crappy work ethics.
We can only hope Corporate and the local manager deal with the situation rather than ignore it figuring it will go away when the customer walks out the door.
