In my opinion Lowes' shops are withholding discounts to conserve expenses. I bought Owens Corning efficiency at Lowes, Bradley, Illinois shop but still haven't obtained my $150 qualifying refund check.
The refund ad was published over the efficiency area, two sellers assisted me and directed it out. One of these offered me the refund forms along side my bill, The efficiency was shipped.
Fourteen days before I named the neighborhood Lowes and was handed an "outside" discount core account for that shop.in the discount heart, a Miguel, explained to send my bill to some fax amount which was "not operating"! I named Lowes local corporate workplace plus they explained somebody might call-in the following two times; they never did.
I sent the exact same notice of criticism towards the Lowes corporate workplace, the neighborhood shop, the refund control centre and also have gotten no reaction. It's currently 8 weeks later.
