I simply wish to note that I've invested thousand of bucks with this specific organization in the last ten years perhaps even longer. But on march 26th I had been handled just like a puppy. I bought 2 dns 1200 disc players and that I would utilize them as application controllers. Sadly I had been not able to encourage them to function properly.in my opinion i didn't possess the proper application. Because I had been not able to utilize these things i choose to return them. I invested 900 dolars on these things. These jerks billed me a 177 dolar restocking charge. I am aware these would be the guidelines at their organization but i thought since I have have now been a faithful and devoted client for more than 10 years they'd be prepared to use me. Child was i wrong. I dislike to say name-but that idiot called russell i hope he burns in hell. He handled me like shit. Please everybody if UCAN please avoid 123dj situated in detroit. They're the worst. I intend to move therein the long run to distribute brochures to people who store there to tell them how terrible they handle clients. I intend to quit at nothing to interrupt a number of there company. As well as the way russell created me feel I really hope i never notice him about the road. Hes likely to regret it...
