I bought a brand new fridge on March 2nd. It had been shipped on March 3rd. I switched it on and went purchase food. I invested a $100.00 and set it within the device. The following day the system wasn't cooling something.
I called the salesman, he was at lunchtime, left a note. Named again about 3 hrs later, he was having a client, left a note. Called again very first thing today. He explained he never got the communications. I described the fridge I bought on Friday didn't function. Currently it's been 2 times and $100.00 value of ruined food and that I require a new device today. Can not take action. Cannot provide until Friday. Think about the ruined food? Nothing I will do. The maker wont do something about this both.
The Supervisor calls back and claims the very best we are able to do is provide it on Friday. I've to work. I can not wait all day long for shipping individuals to appear between 7 and 3. Think about the meals? Nothing I will do. Excellent.
I've had it with horrible customer support.in the supermarket to high-ticket products. These shops behave like they're doing us a benefit.
