Fast-fix Jewelry & Watch Repair. Buyers beware!
When I arrived to drop off some jewelry for work, the owner was fighting with another customer. I should have left then!
I left my jewelry and when I picked up the items, I was sadly disappointed. The craftsmanship was awful and the jewelry (a gift from my mother) was now useless. The gold that was replaced was so soft it bent when touched. I wore the items two times; the second time they broke.
When I tried to return them to be fixed or refunded, the owner of the shop proceeded to yell at me quite hostilely and accuse me of purposefully breaking them. Though I had a receipt, he would not fix them or give me back my money. He then BROKE the other part of the item. Unbelievable. He kept yelling at me, so I left the store.
This in not only a case of services rendered poorly, but this is an abusive owner that doesn't understand the concept of customer service or reputable/honest work.
What can I do? He robbed me of $200 and left me with worthless jewelry that had been brand new. I can't get my money back or get the items fixed. I filed a report with the better business bureau.
So, I'm trying to let others know - do NOT use "FAST-FIX JEWELRY;" you will be sorry!!
