Netbrands Corp. NBM Netbrands Corp. 24hourwristbands did not fill my order correctly. Got repeatedly disconnected and no answer from customer service number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Internet
I ordered four wristbands from this place which were supposed to be debossed and when they arrived I noticed the quality was absolutely horrible. The debossing was not very good and the lettering was all offsided.
I have tried to contact someone in customer service (888-707-4569) and was told they are having technical difficulties with the phones. That was last week. Now I cannot get ahold of anyone AT ALL. I try to call the sales line (877-508-4569) to notify them that there is no-one to pick up the phone in the customer service dept. And every time without fail my call will get to be first in queue and be disconnected before actually speaking with a customer service rep. Sometime I will have waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected.
I also submitted two customer service tickets last week and have yet to recieve a response. The last time I spoke with a customer service rep. From this asshole company I was told that my information would be sent to a supervisor immediately and I would recieve a call within a couple days.
This is the by-far the worst customer service I have ever recieved from any business.
They will take your oder... But forget about getting ahold of customer service if there is any kind of problem with your oder afterward.
DO NOT use this business for any of your marketing needs. They really need to be shut down.
