I received an invoice today for a subscription to Cosmopolitan which I previously cancelled with Cosmopolitan months ago. Today's invoice is from The Hearst Corporation Invoicing Bureau thanking me for being a part of their Continuous Service Program-NOT!!!
In addition their letter also states that I requested to renew my subscription for another year-NOT!!!
The Hearst Corporation Invoicing Bureau conveniently does not include anyway to contact them by phone, fax, or e-mail.
I am ignoring this invoice for $19.97 and would like to know if this is how Cosmopolitan treats their customers after they non-renew!
