Shady invoicing

I've only gotten my next bill from cosmopolitan's (HEARST) "Invoicing bureau".

There's NO PHONE NUMBER to contact and obtain a reason, fortunate for me personally I've quick access towards the web, and went online, again no telephone number -but I really could "email them".

Well i used this same website per month ahead of stop my subscription, which clearly didnt work. PLus. They are charging me ahead of time for publications I've HOWEVER to get. Exactly what a questionable money hungry organization.
