Alliance Mitigation Group/Pacific Mitigation Group are a bunch of scammers that don't give a crap about anybody. Rudy Sardina, Heidi Hernandez, and Jason Rogland assure you they can get you a modification, that you will not need to pay anything down or pay anything besides their FEE, and tell you they will keep in touch every week with updates whatever that you need to hear just so they can keep collecting money from you then they will quit calling you back once they get your money. I would stay has far away from Jason Rogland, Rudy Sardina, and Heidi Hernandez. They are thieves in disguise.
Rudy Sardina, senior loss mitigation manager with alliance sent us the contract that we signed. We paid this guy 1600.00 and haven't heard from him since; his email there is [email protected]. His associate that we were dealing with was Heidi Hernandez, her Amg title is Director of operations and underwriting AMG her phone numbers are 888-744-2897 ex 106 her email is [email protected]. Rudy nor Heidi will return phone calls. The contract states that if they are unable to get our modification done we will get a full refund... Hard to believe when they won't return a call.
We have contacted the federal trade commission as well as the california attorney generals office. If anyone has any other suggestions they would be appreciated. Please don't let this happen to anyone else! Stay far away from them! They have no clue how to do a modification and they are no attorneys in their office. They create more hardship for all who is in contact with them. Hopefully I can still save my home!!!
