I purchased 2 samsung N400's from these people on Jan. 6. I had to call in daily to "update my account" due to operator error (wrong card number, wrong name, wrong address) I finally received 1 of them last Thursday, only to discover it doesn't work. The second phone is in transit to me. At this point I'm ready to tell them to cancel it all!
