Allied sent me a bill stating I owed $581.18 to Sherman Acquisition. I responded with a telephone call and in writing stating that I have no records that I owe Sherman anything and I have never had any dealings with them.
Allied is still sending letters to me even though I disputed the dept. I sent another letter "Certified with return reciept requested" disputing the debt since the other letters and phone calls were ignored. I have yet to get the notice that they recieved the letter and it's been 2 weeks.
I'm keeping records and copies of everything.
