I make an order on dollaeitem.com so they took 52$ from my credit card account which is half of the cost. They told me that a representative will contact me within 48hours to tell me about shipping information, but no one contacted me!!! Then I sent them 2 emails, but also there was no response from them!!! So if they dont want to proceed with my order because shipping costs are high, so why they dont tell me or refund me? And why they take money from customers before calculating shipping costs? Is this a way to deceive people?!!!
