I was at a store In the Deer brook Mall and bought some cloth for my son in Aug. And Sept. When I received him for good to come live with me in Dec. 2010 the cloth that I bought was too small. I got to the counter to return the cloth for a gift card for my son and the manager told me that they needed receipt. I had lost my receipt and the tags were off is what I said to the manager. The manager told me that I would have to write customers services to get any results. As a consumer I have paid a lot for cloth in your stores in the past and could not believe I must go through this to returned cloth that was new. I know that I lost the receipt and the tags were off but there must be a better way to handle returns than this, for the price we pay in your stores. I would like to still return the items for a gift card for him. If I do not get the answer I like I will take this as far as I need to go. Thank You for your help.
