Sheila Krier, Customer Care Manager continued charging after service was terminated and did not respond to emails or voicemails Oakland

Answering Specialists Inc, continued charging for months after my service was terminated. I contacted my account rep who asked me to contact Sheila Krier, Customer Care Manager. I left her many email and voice messages but did not get any response. I eventually had to ask my credit card vendor to cancel their payments. I don't recommend using this vendor.
