I ordered coffee from HollandbyMail in November. I payed 112 Euros which was taken from my credit card on 11th Novemeber 2010.
Since then I have heard nothing, despite trying the on line tracking, and the help and complaints "service". Finally I resorted to writing a complaint and put it in the mail. (The fax would not work).
I have used this company several times over the past 5 years and my coffee has always arrived in the past. The lack of response this time is very frustrating.
