For the past four years, every visit to McDonald's resulted in part of my order being left out. If I ordered more than two (2) items, one was ALWAYS omitted. It could have been only three foods ordered, but I would get only two of them (EVERY TIME). Once they put cream in my coffee without being requested. I was on my way to work, so I had no time to reorder. Besides, I did not realize it until I got closer to work. Thirdly, I visited the store for coffee, and a hotcake with sausage breakfast. Of these three, sausage was omitted, which I never noticed until I arrived at my destination.in addition, black objects floated to the top of my coffee. After I had drunk most of it, I noticed paper at the bottom, and saw a pack each of salt and pepper.
