Infousa Selling outdated DATA, mailing lists, e-mail address's, refuses to give credit when promised in writing

Never use this company.
ALL DATA, mailing lists, e-mail address's out of date. This data is old and obsolete,
It will cost a fortune to send out mail to address's that do not exist.information NOT verified.
Lie, fraud and a horrible company.

They disguise them selves as Sales genie, InfoUSA, Infogroup and OneSOurce!

ONE SOURCE promised on April 27 to supply me a mailing list for various SIC codes.

The mailing lists were never delivered in 1 database and the data was old, obsolete, improper format and unreliable.

One Source was contacted numerous times, with a large e-mail trail proving my dissatisfaction to their data and the way it was delivered.

My mailing house would have charged me hundreds of additional dollars to put the database in a proper format for mailing and it would have cost me a large amount of wasted money for printing and postage and mailing service fees due to the “stale” obsolete data.

I was promised a credit by the North American Sales Director, Roger P. Ciliberto.

I have done all I can for you at this point. Its now in the hands of our credit department. I have askedfor the credit to be issued.
Its in their court now.

Sorry I don't have better news for you. Its in credit's hands.
