I was a customer of Perfectshot Photography & Design, a.K.A. Www.perfectshotphotography. Smugmug.com a.K.A. Perfect Shot Photography by Audra, a.K.A. The Computer Lady, who was called by the Brewbaker Junior High School coach to take team pictures. My daughter took her team photos on Sept 29 in front of her school and they had to be retaken due to the terrible background and other faults of the photographer not having a good eye for things that were out of place. I paid in full for my photos on Sept 29 by check. Ms. Beasley acknowledges the issues I had with the photos (ashy knees after she was asked to kneel down for photo, shabby old building as a background, child not smiling/plastered or fake look which means she failed to engage my child, etc.) and she agreed to retake the photos free of charge. We met at a local park sometime in late November and she took my daughter's photos over. I checked on Ms. Beasley's website weekly for the posting of my daughter's photos to no avail. Out of the new photos taken, I needed to select the photos for the package I paid for. Her website promises to hand deliver within one week or mail within two weeks. I selected an "Ala Carte memorymate that appeared to be 8X10 in size with 3 smaller photos on the side framed in a film strip/negative.in addition, I purchased a 4X6 team photo. The cost of the memorymate was $11.00 and the team picture was $6, totaling $17.00.
I have not received the photos as of the day of this writing (03/01). I've contacted the photographer, Audra Beasley on numerous occasions only to be given the runaround and she continues to ignore my phone calls. On the few occasions that I reached her by blocking my telephone number, she said she had forgotten and she promised to post my daughter's pictures so I can select the ones for our package. She also promised to meet me with my photos and each time she failed to produce. All I want are my pictures!!! This has gone on long enough. She didn't even care enough to resolve this issue when I left messages informing her that I would take action. I know this is not a lot of money, but it's the principle and I can never replace the memories of my daughter's last year of cheering at her junior high school.
