I have tried to worked with Lauren Ritchie of Accountemps, Oxnard, Ca. I will never consider working with Accountemps (division of Robert Half Int'l) in the future. My history with Accountemps has been significant. I have used their temporary employees as well as hiring them for our companies. My recent experience shocked me to the core. I approached Lauren Ritchie for an assignment as an Accountemp temporary employee. I received rudeness and indifference from her. I can only speculate I have been black balled by Accountemps. Here is the real issue: She has passed judgement to not use me and has expressed this to the rest of the Robert Half recruiters. I looked into her background to find some startling facts. Since her graduation from college in she has publicly listed a total of 23 months of employment among three companies: 5 months, 9 months and 9 months. What is her background for the rest of the years unaccounted for? In my opinion, I think she is a serial job hopper; someone who causes destruction in her employment to the point she has to move on without honorable salutations. She is demonstrating this same behavior with Accountemps regarding the way she is treating me. I believe it is only a matter of time before her cumulative destructive behaviors require Accountemps to let her go.
