Complaint Description: Constant harrassment by this company, threatening letters, calls
They are not willing to work with small businesses, during this recession.
Very abusive employees.

I signed up for the machine, and due to the downswing in business had just enough in my account to make payments. A large amount was tried to be taken out of my account, which caused my payment to be reversed. I called the company and said I wouldn't be using the machine, but would make some of the payments. Because I had to close the account. The bank reversed the nsf charges. I have made payments for Nov, Dec. 2010 and then Jan. And Feb to First Data Global Leasing. The company has been demanding money, now I find out it is not for back payments, but for bank charges, which I was not told about. I have been harrassed with numerous calls every day by this company, been yelled at by some of their employees along with almost daily harrassing letters demanding all kinds of money from me. I received a letter saying I could send back the machine if I called the company which I did. I was told that wouldn't stop any ofl the money they wanted to collect. If this is true, why even send back the machine? That gives me no alternatives, but to contact an attorney and/or file a grievance with the Better Busines Bureau, which I did. I was told if I wanted to keep using the machine, I could do that. Why would I want anything to do with a company like this one? I was told by an employee that she was going to "educate" me. Since I am a teacher, I take great exception to being harrassed like I have and don't appreciate ignorant people trying to "educate: " me. I want nothing to do with this company and will tell all my business friends of my experiences. I would like to get this finished without any more harrassment. If I knew that they wouldn't harrass me, I would gladly send back their machine and want to know that they won't charge me in the future. I want nothing to do with this seedy company.
