I ordered bath salts from cheaperherbals.com about 3 weeks ago and they said they shipped a day after i ordered... Nothing came in the mail so i email them and i got this response... I don't think I've replied to your question about shipping time frames.
I apologize for that. The difficulty of shipping stems from my having to split the warehouse due to my state making bath salts illegal. I have taken the bath salts off the website mostly because I can not have enough control of shipping in a different state. I have tried two times unsuccessfully to have employees without direct supervision do a simple job. I have opted to just ship products that are able to be sold from my main warehouse. For your inconvenience, if you like any of the
potpourri on my website, let me know. I'll send you any 2g or 1.5g for free to sample... They wont refund my money this is a very unprofessional website and horrible customer service... Never even think twice about visiting this website...
