I was compelled to write about my expierience with "dried poppys direct"in kennewick wa. Operated out of "Jacksons sports bar" after reading several complaints about the business.in june I placed an oder with them for some poppys (which i did recieve) I guess I got lucky.
Although about two months later I tried to place another order, but as luck would have it I used the wrong debit card, (no money in acct) so the order was just ignored, with no response from the company.
Before I paced my first order I called a phone number provided by the website http://www.driedpoppiesdirect.com/index.html. I actualy talked to this kid ab out shipping questions, and he sounded just like that "a young kid" but he said he was the owner "Seth" what got my attention though was, he seemed very cautious about his answeres, and suspicious about who I was, and went overboard convincing me about the legality of him selling poppys, he seemed nervous.
In the last few days I was going to order some poppys from him when I discovered all these complaints. So I was going to contact him through the website, but the contact form said "quota reached" meaning the mailbox is full. He is NOT responding. And no more "toll free phone number" it was deleted from the website. So he has obviously dropped off the radar.
Well I happen to be lucky enough to live about 50 miles from Kennewick Wa, so I am going to pay a curiousity visit to Jacksons sports bar, and just see what I can find out "peacefully" after all I got lucky, he didnt rip me off, Im just curious. I will repost if requested and disclose what I find out. But I already did some investigating with locals that know him. And he "is a teenage" kid. Buying cheap wholesale poppys and kratom, out of Ariz. And making a fortune for awhile untill DEA threw a scare into him and his daddy. Because a common use for dried poppys, is making a narcotic tea. Which is a grey area in the law. But obviously when he went off the radar he continued raking in the money, untill he was busted.
I think with proper approach he would be prosected.
