I ordered on 8/31. I sent an email that night because I was concerned by the lack of an invoice/confirmaton. I received a form email on 9/1 explaining that the charge would be from a sports bar and not to contact that bar or I would be banned from ordering there again, it completely ignored the issues in the email I sent. Also their contact form was down so I had to hunt down the physical address to even send mine: [email protected]
