I bought a HTC phone from them. The phone is not working but they dont want to give me a new one (one that works) nor let me break the contract.internet

I am writing in the name of the company Kingsped from Serbia. We bought a HTC phone trough our mobile operator TELENOR and the phone didnt work as it should from the first day, but they dont want to give us one that works. I tried to contact them trough facebook (because no one replies our letters) but they just banned me from their fan page. If you can help, please contact me.
