I called The Appliance Experts & (found in the section ranges & oven service of the yellow pages of queens 2011.
Through an advertisement in the yellow pages. They announced that they offered a senior discount, 10% off for mentioning the ad and that they deduct service charge fee when they install the parts.
On November 8 they came and they looked at my stove, and they said that the pilot igniter in the oven had to be replaced and they didn't know how much it costs. I called them the next day, and i was told that the part will cost me over one hundred dollars, They said they would replace the stove igniter with the original part, that it was going cost $ 205.00. They came on November 15, to replace the igniter.
Now i found out that original part costs only $35.00 not over 100.00.
In total i paid them $245.00. They didn't give me the senior discount, the 10% of the ad, and nor the $40.00 service fee. This company did not keep to what the half page ad stated. What kind of a company promises things that they don't deliver.
This is a loser company, do not request any services from them, as per my complaint. You now what your going to get at the end.
