Fast but Tried to Overcharge - Whirlpool oven

One of the heating elements on my oven went out. I called a company advertising on the internet. They were advertising a free service charge fee with repairs and also a 20% discount off coupon. Two men came out, charged me a $49 service fee and said they would order the part, come back and install it and take the $49 fee of then. They came back this morning with the part. They were supposed to come at 10 am. They called at 8:50 am to say they were on their way. They arrived at 9:30 am so they were prompt—maybe a little too prompt. It took them all of 10 minutes at most to install the part, they pulled out one of bar stools, propped themselves down without asking, and tried to charge me around $249. They did not have the invoice itemized. When I asked how much the part cost, the head guy stuttered a little bit and said he couldn't remember. I told him I wanted the breakout for the cost of the part and the labor. He then said he thought the part was around $80. I said you charged me that much for labor. He said it included the service fee from the prior visit which I told him no, I paid you with a separate check and you were supposed to refund that and give me a 20 % discount. He then acted like he had forgotten. He subtracted it out but basically the entire fee with parts and labor came to a little over $200 for both trips of which they were here maybe a total of 20 minutes for both calls and a $80 part. I didn't like that they made themselves at home in my house and pulled out a chair and just sat down either.
