Although RSS quoted me twice as much as their competitors I decided to go with them because they claimed to be more reliable and faster than their competitors. They even bad-mouthed some companies so I would decide to go with their services.
My move from US to Austria took 4 (!) months instead of 30 days and I ended up paying 3 times more than what I would have paid with other companies. There was always another invoice that came up and if I wouldn't have paid they would have kept my container. Not to mention the late fees they would have charged me for not or late paying. Kind of a no win situation for me ;)
It seemed to me this was RSS LLC's first international move as they didn't know anything about custom regulations to the European community. I had to take care of most of the work and even the German custom people said they had never experienced anything similar to my situation and asked me why I had hired them in first place.
Working with RSS LLC was very an annoying and frustrating experience as their agents were uncooperative, self-opinionated and towards the end unfriendly. RSS LLC might be an acceptable moving company for moves within the US, but if you plan to hire them to do an international move - stay away! You will end up paying much more and will have to deal with most of the paperwork yourself.
