This idiot got me 2 yrs in Jail for stupid violation. Did not do his homework. The worst attorney in New York! If there would be worst attorney competition, Mr. Albert Dayan would hold 1st place title FOREVER! Criminal defense attorney Mr. Albert Dayan always late for my court date, if court was scheduled at 9;00AM he would come at 2:00PM made judge VERY angry (no one likes this attorney including Judges)
He is professional liar, he will tell you everything you want to hear, and take you deposit and you will not get in touch with this gypsy attorney. Im not the only one, there is hundreds of people who he scammed, took deposit and never did anything, he prays on easy targets advertising in Russian commercial paper and journals on the first page. STAY AWAY!!! Lear from my mistakes ….
I guarantee he NEVER got repeated costumer!
