Refused to give me credit for moth of oct when they failed to broadcast channel 5 and channel 9

Refused to stop calling my house even though i told them to stop.

Violated the collection practices act, the fair credit billing act, the unfair and deceptive practices act by refusing to credit me for oct and by calling me after i told them not to because i was disputing the account. Boycott cablevision. They are scam artists!!!
