I ordered a necklace on 9-17 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks for processing but most likely less. 8 weeks later it had not arrived but money was debited from my account. I called to inquire and was told it hadn't been shipped. I cancelled order and waited for refund. As of 1-13 I have no refund and get the royal run-around from the company.
