We hired Celebrations Photography (Jon Lee Kern, Owner) for our daughter's wedding held on October 10. We paid $3,000.00 for a photographer and videographer for six hours of service. After more than 3 months of attempting to contact them, my daughter and her husband spoke with the Operations Manager - Shaneeka Henderson. An appointment was scheduled on January 24. They selected their photos to go into their custom wedding album.
Today, February 15, my daughter called Celebrations about the status of the album. Today is when she learned the photographer is no longer in business. Shaneeka, the Operations Manager said she no longer works there. Sheneeka also said all business phones will be disconnected and provided my daughter an email address: [email protected]. We've found a couple of websites where customers are experiencing the same unethical and criminal issues: http://local.
