I am also an ex-attorney from this firm and fully confirm the comment in the earlier post. I was there 1 years. The head partner, Mani Adeli, is very disrespectful and rude to all employees. Profanity laden tirades are common occurrences. There is turnover of all junior associates within a years time because of the poor atmosphere and unhappiness at the work place. This is why this firm is consistently hiring. Long hours (10) are routinely expected and staying until midnight is more common when something is due, because reviews of work product do not occur until late afternoon on the day it is due irrespective of how early the work product was submitted for review (1 or 2 weeks). The percentage pay scale is a complete farce and you will receive well below market value on a salary scale unless you work 12 hours daily. Only plus side is the experience.
