I recently made over $50.00 worth of purchases at the Dollar Tree on Plumb Lane in Reno, NV. Later, after returning home I discovered that the checker had failed to give me several items. I immediately called and spoke with a person identifying herself as the manager. I explained which items I knew were missing; told her the approximate time within 10 minutes that I made the purchase; provided her with my telephone number and any other pertinent information she requested. Stacy assured that she would call the following morning. I never heard anything back from her. Extremely poor customer service.
As I see it, cheating several consumers out of 5-10 items @ $1.00 per day could result in a hefty profit over a years time.
