Horrible all the way around

I purchased flowers for my spouse with chocolate and teddybear. I paid nearly $85.00. To begin with the shipping person named my spouse after I told them-not to contact her. Once they sent the blossoms there have been just 2 flowers in a bouquet. After I requested twelve of flowers. An extremely small teddybear along with a 1.00 container of chocolate.
