I hired William (bill) Behrndt to represent me for a child support and custody matter. Mr. Behrndt lied about the procedures, stall the process to get more money, the only thing he cared for is how much retainer he needs.
Not to mention he failed to file several motions that needed to be filed. I looked him up and I discovered that HIS OWN DIVORCE CASE HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST SEVEN YEARS. If he couldn't resolve his own divorce matter in SEVEN years, how in the world would he be able to advice or help other people when he doesn't know how to help himself.?
Mr. Behrndt lied about his charges and the time spent in my case and screwed up my custody and visitation.initially he told me what he thought I wanted to hear but the end he couldn't perform
My recommendation is to think twice before you hire this liar.!
