This company started doing business in Grand Rapids, Michigan and business owners should be wary of them.
The "Owner/Manager" is a former employee that left our company to start this one. Unfortunately, he decided to remove equipment and contracts from our local office in the process.
We have reports from current clients that he and his sales staff have told them that, "It's the same company, just the name has changed..." or "they went out of business.." to get them to sign new contracts with Wave of Savings.
There are documents that "may" have been misrepresented as signed by actual clients of ours, when in fact the clients on numerous occasions have stated that they did NOT personally sign them. (If you know what I mean)
As of 1/18 there is an ongoing criminal investigation as we pursue every legal avenue at our disposal to protect our clients from deceitful business practices conducted daily by them.
Everything about this company should trigger warning flags for you as a business owner.
1. PLEASE do your own research.
2. If you have dealt with them, make SURE you get a valid postal mailing receipt showing how many pieces were delivered for your money!
3. NEVER make checks out to an individual, always use the company name.
4. Follow up to make sure you get what you PAID for. (As with any purchase)
