This outfit is offering to modify existing home mortgages. The ads were on TV, and marketed as the National Mortgage Help Center. Found out from the California Attorney General that the Federal Trade Commission stepped in and yanked all of their ads starting in November. Paid these clowns over 1000.00 in cash for a loan mod, which I regret. They take your money then do nothing for you. You do not need to pay (especially upfront) for a loan mod. Dial 888-889-HELP for legitimate help, or contact HUD. DO NOT under any circumstances send these people a dime!
