Purchased 3 items in early November. Only received 2 of the items. Commenced contacting customer support and initially told it was the vendors problems but they would inquire about the missing merchandise. Weeks later and a few more request later they finally gave me a tracking number that says delivered. There is no way to attach that tracking number to my missing merchandise.
I did ask for all 3 tracking numbers for each item but they will not give me that information. Finally sent in a final request and asked for a full refund and haven't heard from them. Bottom line after 3 months of waiting, they stole my merchandise. They do not have a telephone service to call them. You must use email. I will never do business with them again. The site is a rip-off.
