I ordered and paid for a bicycle seat for Christmas and it did not arrive. I contacted the company and finally after asking about 4 times she said she did not ship the seat as she was unsure of the shipping address. Hello?
Does the place where I filled in shipping address mean anything to her? Obviously not, as then she made repeated excuses as to why she did not ship the seat. I have made repeated efforts in asking her to refund my payment of $79. And she says she has turned it over to the bookkeeper. I payed via PayPal and I know she has a refund button and can refund instantly but has not. AVOID this company if you value your time and money!
