In August I purchased Leather Seat covers from buyautomotive.com. My credit card was charged but the seat covers were never received. I contacted the company and they were polite and said they would reship the item. After not receiving them again I called them back but many times got to only an answering machine.
After three conversations in which they were to ship the seats out again the timeline was elapsed to the point that I could not dispute the charge on my credit card. My last conversation with them was on July 18 in which the gentleman said the seats would be shipped out the following day.
