We contracted with Bell/Atlantic for a mobile phone and service.
Service became a slight problem with dropped calls, down time and general poor service.
But matters got worse Verizon bought out BA and service, down time and etc got worse—they said all due to the buy-out.
I on several occasions notified them that I was canceling my contract due to bad service, etc.
After several noticies to no effect I called and reached a live person at customer service—after a debate with her we agreed to an amt. And to close the account.
Now I am being harrassed by phone (even on Sunday) and by mail that they are going to proceed to collect what is not theirs to start with.
I would not recommend either of the two companies—they are disorganized and can not keep their record straight.
