The cleaning staff was 30 min late for the appointment and did not notify the customer. When the customer had to leave the apt and told them to call back with any questions, staff left after 2 hrs and did not stay for the promised 3 hrsas in theGroupon that was paid for. Left dust and dog hair in the corners/under the table and calcium deposits on the faucets. When customer returned to the apt - door was open and staff did notcall to notify the customer cleaning was "finished". Manager did notrefund customer, or offer any other redeeming services.
