I purchased a dishwasher from Sears having a refund for that shipping cost of $79.99. I completed the refund online and waited. 8 weeks get buy and that I e-mail Sears concerning the standing of the refund and was informed it had been refused. I questioned why they stated it didn't qualify. About the refund form it says the refund is great from 11/11 - 11/18. I bought it on 11/17. There's NOTHING about the type declaring it doesn't qualify. I've read every term (I also provide a Masters Level) and genuinely believe that I'd understand weather it competent or not.
