On 12 Feb I arranged 2 caravan sites for weekend of 23 - 27th April. I paid deposit for them. On 27 February my spouse endured a coronary attack and was accepted to clinic where he experienced a quadruple bypass. He's simply been released and also the physician has recommended him to relaxation for around 2 months - therefore resting on an inflatable bed wasn't a choice. I called Mbizi and talked to Dorothy saying I had a need to stop. She stated there could be not a problem so long as I'd a doctors notice. I sent to her and he or she submitted onto Herman (operator). He returned my deposit minus 20%. On contacting him to go over why total quantity hadn't been returned he was extremly rude and intense in my experience - making me in holes. He explained he didn't care what me and my loved ones choose to go through. We intended nothing to him and that I should understand he's a company to operate. He explained that I had been fortunate to obtain something back whatsoever. This Hotel is extremely popu lar and that I don't have any question the websites might have been purchased in a moments notice. This event was completely beyond our control. This resort is beautiful and that I want to have rebooked to get a later period - but by having an operator like this - NO THANKS!
