Audra Russell Clear Creek Tax Promised to remove tax interest and penalties and tax resolution in 30 to 45 days, max 60. High pressure to sign up, deducted fees from our checking acct in the amount of $5202.00

Ceramic Tile and Natural Stone hired Clear Creektax / Audra Rusell senior associateon June. They promised to resolve all of our IRS issues and reduce interests and penalties. All they did was debit my bank account instead of solving my tax issues. We gave them complete trust and even signed a power of attorney. Nothing was ever done. My bank account was levyed twice and all they said wasthat i would get reimbursed, and that they were working on my case. All they did was ask for more money when nothingwas ever done. The total amount paid to them was 5,202.00
