This company is nothing more than a bunch of rip off professionals. They did absolutely nothing they promised. They took advantage of me being in a bad situation and ripped me off. They charged me $1500 and promised they would get my taxes reduced and the penalties and interest dropped for sure. I even recorded them saying this. I was sceptical that they could do this so they had me pay $750.00 up front and then see what they would get done in 30 days and then they would take the rest out of my bank account. For the first 30 days they answered every call I made and even told me they were making great headway with the state on my taxes. The day after they took the second $750 it took me a month to get a hold of anyone and then they said there is nothing they could do for me. They refused to refund any money or give me a account of the work they performed. They do not take credit cards for this reason... Because the credit card company will go after them for the money. They want your bank account so they can take the money and the bank wont do anything because you authorised them to do it. After getting ripped off by these people I have done some more investigation and found out there are several people that have made complaints of this company on here, better business bureau and several other sites. Don't let them take you like they have done to so many already. People like this need to be stopped.
