I ordered a pair of uggs Dec. 7. I was charged 109.99 for them and I never recieved them. They will not give me a number to call them and will not answer Emails. Big ripp-off

I ordered 2 pair of uggs on dec. 7. On Dec 27th I recieved one of the pairs. They did not look like the same quality as I have seen.

They have not sent the other pair but I have been charged. I cannot get a phone number to call them. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Do not order from this company, something is shady in outlet land!
