I ordered two pair of Uggs so I thought... The black pair seemed ok right away until just reciently they started to have many minor issues, from buttons falling off to elastic loop that goes around buttons breaking! I had saved the other pair to give to my daughter for her birthday only to discover we were sent two left feet!!! Tried to find a way to contact company to get this straightened out and have not been able to. Very frustrated! I do believe these are NOT true Uggs, and we have all been scammed by this company.
