Could not look for a scent that my daughter liked. Had no idea what it had been. It had been an unmarked container. Discovered the corporation that promises it may replicate a 99% of times. Was excited. They explained via mail to email the container with $66. And they'll actually place a style and title it anything you need since scents CAn't be copywrited. They cashed my ck Jan 11. I began questioning what I did so. Searched them on BBB. I realized I had been overcome. They'd a lot of grievances. I chased them via e-mail (they don't reply telephones or return you telephone calls) ultimately got an apology that scent is likely to be email by March 15. I got it March 24th. It had been an ordinary container without any title or emblem and experienced a urine/floral-powdery fragrance and came without any packaging slip, purchase form... Nothing. I e-mail my discontent on March 24. They did not respond. I sent again April 11. They appologized again and stated email it back. I sent it delivery confirmation. The postoffice said it had been shipped on April 19th. Mail again May 12th. No response. Sent again May 20 and provided the following #. Now they replied. I had been informed they didn't require the following#, it had been an error on the component, they're sorry, and might approach the reimbursement immed. Never got it. Sent again july 8. No solution. Sent again Aug. 18. No solution. Today they're declaring they need a tracking number. The postoffice just leaves it readily available for 60-days after which records it. Following a whole of 180 times its virtually difficult to restore it. Today they're providing a run-around, stating its to aged to declare a reimbursement and that I will have to show the return having a tracking #. I did so provide it for them but its ineffective. They dismiss you till they understand its to overdue to show the return by monitoring. I documented it to BBB however they are actually ineffective. I simply need everybody to understand they dont provide and dont uphold their promise.
